Secondly, my Mom asked me yesterday if I wanted my birthday present. Now, my birthday isn’t until the 17th (I’ll be 25 this year!), but after a crazy morning of house hunting, I said sure … I want it now! LOL I can’t believe what she got me . . . A NEW SEWING MACHINE! My base line Singer has been jamming up every time I use it, and I need to get it fixed. But this one is MUCH better. It’s a Huskystar C10.
I love it. Mom and I played around on it yesterday. It’s the floor model, which is fine by me because I know it works! I can’t wait to finally sew without having to use Mom’s machine all the time!!!
Tonight I’m going to try to finish sock #2 for my Sock Pal, and mail that package off this week! They are really cute, and I know she’s going to love them! I just hope that they fit!
